SPOT 5

Spot 5, is the 5th satellite of Spot Series with enhanced image quality and developed services.

Spot 5 has been developed from two new HRG instrument installed on Spot 4 and has the spatial resolution of 2.5m-5m. for pancromatic and 10m. of multispectral imagery. 2.5meter resolution imagery of Spot 5 has been produced by the sampling method of called as Supermode by using 2 different sensors simultaneously taken images of 5meters resolution.
